Session duration varies by package: Basic and Advanced packages typically include 2-3 hours, Premium offers 4-5 hours, and Elite includes multiple sessions totaling 6-8 hours spread over several days.

Our Hair & Makeup service includes professional styling for special events, weddings, photoshoots, or important occasions. The ₹5,999 package includes a 2-hour session with hair styling and makeup application.

We offer Hair & Makeup services across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and more. Select your city during booking.

Combo Packages combine Personal Styling with Personal Shopping at discounted rates. You can save 10-20% depending on the package tier you choose, making it the most value-for-money option.

No, Combo Package discounts cannot be combined with Spin the Wheel offers or any other promotional discounts. This ensures fair pricing across all services.

All Personal Styling packages (Basic, Advanced, Premium & Elite) require full payment at the time of booking.

• Payment terms vary by combo. The exact split is shown on each combo card on the Combo Packages page.
• Most combos above ₹15,000 require a deposit at booking (typically 60% or 70%) with the balance collected after all services are completed.
• Combos at or below ₹15,000 require full payment upfront.

We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment methods. Payment details will be shared after you confirm your booking inquiry.

All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. However, for Personal Styling bookings above ₹6,000, the amount is transferable towards another StyliQ service, subject to availability.

Yes, rescheduling is allowed if you inform us at least 24-48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Repeated or last-minute requests may be declined.

In case of no-shows without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or transfer will be applicable.
