Full Terms

Services

StyliQ offers personal styling, wardrobe consultation, personal shopping guidance, and makeup & hair styling services.

All services are customised based on individual requirements, and the scope will vary depending on the selected package.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is made.
Personal Styling — Basic, Advanced, Premium & Elite packages: Full payment required at the time of booking.
Personal Shopping: Full payment required at booking.
For any service where an advance/deposit is required, the balance must be cleared before or at the time of service delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
Personal Styling: For bookings above ₹6,000, the amount is transferable towards another StyliQ service.
Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
In case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no transfer will be applicable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 24–48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
For Personal Styling packages, session dates are flexible and reschedulable with prior notice.
Repeated or last-minute rescheduling requests may be declined at StyliQ's discretion.

Combo & Promotional Offers

Combo package discounts (Personal Styling + Personal Shopping) cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
Offers won via the Spin the Wheel or any other promotional mechanism cannot be clubbed with combo discounts.
Combo Packages above ₹15,000: A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due upon completion of all services in the combo. The exact split (typically 60% or 70%) varies by combo and is shown on the combo card and its payment page.
Combo Packages at or below ₹15,000: Full payment required at the time of booking.

Scope of Work

The services provided are limited to the selected package.
Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
Timely communication and cooperation from the client is essential for best results.

Travel & Additional Expenses

Any travel, accommodation, or related expenses for outstation or on-site services will be borne by the client.
This will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Results & Expectations

Styling results may vary based on personal preferences, body type, budget, and implementation.
StyliQ provides expert guidance, but final outcomes also depend on client participation and choices.

Privacy & Data Use

By sharing your details, you consent to being contacted by StyliQ for service-related communication.
Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required for service delivery.

Working Hours

Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
We request that calls and messages be made within this timeframe unless previously discussed.
